Workout “Extremal”

Very simple and easy workout. Do such workouts when I do not have time during the day. Thankfully not often need. Difficulty – time (3:00 аm) and weather (6-7°C).
The entire workout – 67 minutes.
1. 3 min – jogging
2. 7 minutes – fucheji lift +3 min jogging
3. 7 minutes – fucheji lift +3 min jogging
4. 7 minutes – fucheji lift +3 min jogging
5. 7 minutes – fucheji lift +3 min jogging
6. 7 minutes – fucheji lift +3 min jogging
7. 7 minutes – fucheji lift +3 min jogging
